Volunteer. Our volunteers are one of the most important resources we have.

By working with TSM, volunteers have the opportunity to broaden their skills, network, participate in academy and festival planning activities, watch performances as well as emerging professionals in training, and make an enormous contribution to the success of the Academy and Festival.
